The Rehab is a boutique personal training, rehabilitation, and wellness center in Spring, Texas. The Rehab is the passion project of Dr. Scott Bolz. For years, Dr. Bolz has wanted to enhance his rehabilitation program with targeted, customized personal training, sports-specific training, and total body wellness with the best team around. Thus, The Rehab was born.
What We Do
The Rehab offers 1 on 1 personal training in hour and half-hour sessions. Each session will be completely customized to your individual needs and goals with the very best trainers in the area. Our trainers can push you beyond your athletic limits, rehabilitate a new or old injury, return you to play, or help you meet a specific weight loss or fitness goal. Our team is here to help you meet your individual goals, no matter how big or small!
Small Group Training
Understanding that some folks like to train in a small group of their peers, The Rehab offers small group training for 2-5 people. These sessions are customized to meet individual and group needs and can be a fun and more affordable way to meet individual goals together.
Sports Performance Training ( Student Athletes)
Student Athlete performance training designed for the specific needs of growing bodies ages 8-18 in a fun and safe environment where athletes can achieve their personal best. Our athletes don’t just practice. They perform, play, and progress.
The Rehab offers regular Pilates sessions with expert instructors who will help you activate all muscles in your body. Our Pilates sessions aim to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, regain balance, and address body misalignments. It is a perfect exercise regimen for people of all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

Functional Rehabilitation and Injury Rehabilitation
Adequate physical therapy is a necessity for a good recovery after an injury or surgery. The next step is post-physical therapy functional training, which will help increase the range of motion, strength, balance, and stability. Dr. Scott Bolz D.C., CCSP, CES
Dr. Bolz started Spring Chiropractic more than 25 years ago and has been a life-long resident of the Spring/Woodlands community. Dr. Bolz established his practice in Spring with the goal of treating others with the kind of care and thoroughness that his friends and neighbors deserve.
Dr. Bolz takes a holistic approach to care by treating his patients using various chiropractic and physical medicine techniques, while emphasizing the need to strengthen the whole body through targeted rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Bolz strives to incorporate the best and most cutting-edge treatment modalities available into his office.
Spring Chiropractic and The Rehab welcomes Mindy Rosenbaum to the team.
Mindy is joining The Rehab in Spring, Texas as our new Pilates instructor.
Mindy has had a passion for working out and staying fit since high school. She has attended workout classes and worked out with personal trainers since her 20’s, often considering becoming a PT, but never having the perfect opportunity. Mindy grew up in St. Louis Missouri where she played soccer and softball at an early age. She and her husband moved to Texas in 1998 and then relocated overseas for several years. She and her family settled in Spring when they returned over seven years ago. At that time she met Jen Mills and became her client.
Jennifer Bashor PT
Jennifer fell in love with fitness in 2001 before having her second child and while attending Spin and BodyPump classes. Her enthusiasm and passion for fitness led her own instructor at the Ponderosa YMCA to ask Jennifer to become certified to teach classes herself. Within six months, teaching fitness classes and helping others achieve their own fitness goals became her new mission.
In furtherance of her mission, Jennifer earned the title of National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer in 2007 and began training at The Branch Crossing YMCA. She later started her own bootcamp in the Auburn Lakes Community. Along with personal training and running her own bootcamps, Jennifer continued to add to her toolbox of small group fitness by earning the following additional certifications, including: LeMills Grit, Keiser Cycling, Hyperwear Sandbell, NASM Women’s Specialist, PiYo and Beachbody.
In 2014, she joined the Plus One family at the Spring/Woodlands ExxonMobil campus where she continues to work as an exercise specialist and group fitness instructor. She loves splitting her day between group fitness classes and personal training clients.
